Our COACHES

S3A coaches are great athletes, responsible for teaching and nurturing the players. They are dedicated team members who are all some of the best in their field and have certification in such prestigious places as NSCAA, USFF, NASPE and UEFA. Every coach leading classes is trained, has plenty of experience to maximize each child's potential and teach everything the game has to offer. Your child will learn the rules, strategies and valuable life lessons that will further enhance their enjoyment of the beautiful game of soccer to become great soccer players and exceptional people.

For our program safety and affiliates, our coaches must first be trained by S3a head coaches, CPR and are background checked.

-Please send your contact information and a brief cover letter of interest and a resume:
-Be a self motivator and self-starter, work independently and in team setting.
-Have a understanding, love to teach, love for sport of Football - soccer
-Must posses great communication, love for teaching and provide a high level of energy and enthusiasm when teaching.
-Be able to run, jump and be good physical shape, as well as to lift at least 50 lbs of equipment.
-Able to work in different locations within a territory, be reliable, and on time.
-All S3a coaches and trainers are trained in the use of developmentally appropriate techniques.
-Our developmentally appropriate curriculum places an emphasis on character development and skill building
-Every S3a coach and trainer must complete our comprehensive training program to receive certification. S3a - provides our coaches with on-board training and professional development. All the coaches will be licensed by the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and by the National Soccer Coaching Association of America (NSCAA).
-All training, workshops, licenses and other credentials are reimbursed by S3a after successfully completion, selection and completion of probationary period.
-Our coach selection process evaluates not only the ability to coach soccer, but also the ability to engage and inspire children.
Coaches will be routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing continued training.
